Kemal Cudi was born in 1979 in Bahçesaray district of Van. He has been living in Arnavutköy, Istanbul since 1995. He is one of the leading figures in Arnavutköy, known for his trust and respect, and has played an active role in the region’s construction and development process.

Mina Construction began its activities in the construction and building sector in 2005 as a contractor in Arnavutköy; and has contributed to the architectural development of the region with projects realized with a focus on quality and durability. Through its work under the Mina Construction umbrella, it has established a stable position in the sector.

Kemal Cudi, who has investments in various fields besides the construction sector, is among the partners of Van Sütlüce. He is also the founding president of İSVANDER (Istanbul Van Residents Association).
